Hi, I’m Jen, a nurse practitioner turned functional medicine health coach. I began my wellness journey in the same place many of you may be right now, frustrated, exhausted, and unwilling to accept feeling “off” as my new normal. What I learned was how deeply hormonal changes during perimenopause can affect energy, sleep, mood, and weight.

I created this program because I am passionate about helping women in perimenopause understand what’s happening in their bodies, so they can stop pushing through symptoms and start feeling like themselves again. Through this program, I can provide you the personalized, guided support you desire on your perimenopause journey.
